What types of products do you sell?

We offer both instant digital downloads and physical products like framed canvas prints and high-quality posters. We offer a variety of jigsaw puzzles, including custom puzzles, for adults and children with various themes and difficulty levels.

How do I receive my digital download?

Once your payment is complete, your digital wall art file will be available for instant download from the order confirmation page and will also be sent to your email.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

No. All digital download purchases are non-refundable, as the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

How long does it take to ship physical products?

Our physical items such as framed canvases and posters are made to order and usually ship within 5–7 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a valid tracking number to follow your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to select countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at support@frameandfun.com for assistance.

Can I return a physical item if it arrives damaged?

Yes. If your framed canvas, poster, or jigsaw puzzle arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photo evidence, and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t gone into production or been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@frameandfun.com
